Kia ora my name is Carla Turner (nee Melrose),

I am a mother of five children originally from East Auckland. Eight years ago my family and I made the move to Bay of Plenty and have never looked back.

We love Tauranga and all that it offers - I have a reasonably diverse background in owning businesses both here in Tauranga, Hamilton and in Auckland.

I have been working with Simplicity Bereavement Services in Hamilton for a long time now and through their direction and guidance I decided that bringing their values and experience through to Tauranga along with their standard of service can only help our people here.

I am also involved within our community organising Boxing Charity Events here in Tauranga raising funds for our Non funded well deserving Charities like Foodbank, Home Of Hope, Womens Refuge, Merivale Community Centre, Kids Love Kai and Wish for Fish...
